NestBridge does not provide legal, tax, mortgage, valuation, negotiation, or real estate representation advice. Real estate services are provided by the professional identified to the consumer.

SMS terms

Users who opt in may receive messages related to their submitted real estate inquiry, follow-up questions, requested information, and appointment coordination. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel future automated messages or HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unsolicited messaging, misleading claims, discrimination, unlawful steering, harassment, or communications without required consent.
